Bra Kompetens is a recruitment system designed to serve both employers and candidates with equal clarity. The goal was to manage large volumes of information while keeping every step intuitive and easy to understand. The interface needed to feel professional and reliable, yet modern and approachable. I designed a structure focused on readability, hierarchy, and consistency, ensuring users always understand status, flow, and next actions
The layout was built around a fixed left navigation column to create stability across all views. The main area was divided into modular sections with clear visual markers for status, match levels, and publication states. Each workflow was structured step by step to guide the user through tasks without friction, whether creating job listings or updating candidate profiles. The final design prioritizes function and accessibility while maintaining a polished, trustworthy aesthetic.
